Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients:

1 2/3 c flour
1 c sugar (I don't usually use a full cup)
1 tsp pumpkin spice ( I also don't use this)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 c canned pumpkin
1/2 c melted butter (I only use a couple of tablespoons)
1 c chocolate chips (I use milk chocolate)
2 large eggs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix flour, sugar, pie spice, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder.

In another bowl mix eggs, pumpkin and butter. Add to dry ingredients.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Spoon into muffin cups.

Bake 20-25 minutes.

Makes about 12 muffins. I've also made this in loafs.

*I usually use less sugar and butter when I'm making these for family. I made them for someone else today and used the full amounts. They pretty much taste the same without all the butter, just a little dryer, but still good. Enjoy!
