Valentine's Day Strawberry Rice Krispie Treats

Just in time! Easy peasy treats for you to make today, or any day, for your valentines. Who doesn't love homemade Rice Krispie Treats? We love them here. And using the addition of strawberry flavored marshmallows and heart shaped sprinkles give them an extra special touch. Happy Valentine's Day from this mommy to you!

Strawberry Rice Krispie Treats
from the marshmallow bag

Ingredients:
6 cups Rice Krispies
10 ounce bag of Strawberry Flavored Marshmallows
3 TBSP butter
4-5 TBSP heart shaped sprinkles, or more

Directions:
In a large, microwave safe bowl, melt butter, about 45 seconds to 1-1/2 minutes. After butter is melted, stir in marshmallows to coat. Return to microwave and microwave an additional 1-1/2 minutes until marshmallows are melted. Stir to combine. After marshmallows are melted, add in Rice Krispies and stir until combined. Finally, add in 4 TBSP of your sprinkles. Place in a greased 9x13 dish, spreading out so it is even in the dish. Top with last TBSP of sprinkles. Let the Rice Krispie Treats cool, cut them and serve them to your loves. Store left overs in an air tight container, or cover dish with lid or plastic wrap.
