Oven Roasted Broccoli

I love broccoli! I don't love soggy broccoli. Sometimes you get soggy broccoli when you steam it. well, I have a perfect way to prepare it where it doesn't get soggy! In the oven! I basically took how I make our favorite green beans, and changed it to broccoli. It turned out so perfect! 

Oven Roasted Broccoli

1 bag frozen, broccoli florets
olive oil (2-3 TBSP or more)
Kosher Salt
Fresh Grind Pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Place broccoli in a baking dish fitted with a lid (or use tin foil). Drizzle olive oil over frozen broccoli. Season with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Give it a stir so that all broccoli is coated with olive oil and seasonings.

Cover and place in preheated oven. Cook for 1 hour, stirring halfway through cooking. Cooks perfect every single time!

Add some lemon pepper seasoning for some added yumminess!
