Sweet Treat Tuesday-Homemade Fruit Roll Ups

This is so easy, healthy, and yummy! Let your kids help, put them down for a nap, and then when they wake up, (maybe everyone else's kids don't sleep for 3-4 hours during nap time...) fruit roll ups for everyone!

Homemade Fruit Roll Ups
from Smiling Green Mom

Ingredients:
2 cups of pureed fruit (I used strawberries.)
2TBSP Honey (or a tad more)
1TBSP Lemon juice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 140 degrees, or the lowest setting that your oven allows. My oven begins at 150, so that's what I did. Throw all the ingredients into a food processor or a blender and mix up well. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, and then spread the mixture on parchment paper and put it in the oven.

You may need to crack open the door while cooking. Leave it in there for several hours (approx 3 1/2 hours). Take it out when it isn’t sticky anymore.

Roll it up while it’s still warm. Then, cut it with clean kitchen scissors once cooled.
